Southwest Shakespeare Company will present Tier5's meg jo beth amy & louisa for its regional theatre premiere in January and February 2020!
Hilary portrays beloved American author Louisa May Alcott and is a co-playwright of the play. Prior to arriving at Southwest Shakespeare, the show workshopped at Dixon Place (NYC), had its first run at Center at West Park(NYC), and toured to Los Angeles and Washington D.C.
Assigned with the super boring task of writing a morality tale for girls, Louisa May Alcott turns to figures and stories from her life for inspiration. Lines between fact and fiction begin to blur, as "Little Women" comes to life before her, and things get a little weird. Louisa must confront her characters, family, and a demanding public. Life may be the best inspiration, but what if you are afraid to face who you are?
Recent Ventures

After a successful regional premiere in 2018, Southwest Shakespeare brought back Ladies in Waiting: The Judgement of Henry VIII for a 2019 reprisal!
From London and Edinburgh to Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., Hilary has had the honour of portraying Catherine of Aragon since the show's beginning. She has also had the continued privilege of being the show's co-producer and was so thrilled to take a turn as this run's director!
